Meanwhile, OCT Culture possesses the capability to plan large urban events, has participated in the planning of the closing ceremony for the 26th Summer University Summer Games, and the editing and creation of the major variety show celebrating the 40th anniversary of Shenzhen's reform and opening-up. Furthermore, it has organized culturally influential festival events, including "Huacai Arts Festival" and "ON BAY Starry Music Festival."
In terms of art education, relying on the resources of two major cultural and art venues, Huaxia Art Center and Guangming Culture and Art Center, to carry out an art education business for youth and build a characteristic brand of "Huaxia Art Education." Under the teaching concept of "Famous Teachers and Groups, Integrating Learning and Performance," Huaxia Art Education has cooperated with young dance artist Hu Shenyuan and a number of excellent vocal music and dance teachers, and has established four major children's art groups, such as Guangming Light Children's Choir, Guangming Children Dance Troupe, Huaxia Four Seasons Dance Troupe, and Huaxia Children Choir.
In terms of public cultural activities, it was mainly developed by the OCT Contemporary Art Center (OCAT). Through projects such as exhibitions, academic research, exchanges, education, publishing, and international art studio programs, OCAT strives to establish an operating mechanism based on Chinese local contemporary art and become an international art institution in China.
